Terms of Service

Last updated July 15, 2026.

Services

StackOpsOne provides data preparation and analysis, spreadsheet work, focused code and configuration changes, small utilities, source-grounded document and process work, diagnostic reports, recurring digital operations, and other clearly scoped technical services. The exact work is defined in a written quote, proposal, statement of work, or accepted marketplace agreement.

Agreed work and approval

Work begins after the supplied inputs, deliverables, price, timing, checks, practical limits, and material exclusions are accepted. A request outside that agreement is new work and may require a revised quote.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful material, necessary permissions, timely decisions, and safe working copies. Do not send passwords, secret keys, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Working copies and live systems

Standard packages are completed from supplied copies or another agreed working environment. Live login, upload, deployment, admin changes, production actions, external data collection, or payment authority are included only when a separate written agreement expressly says so.

Fees and payment

Direct projects use the currency and payment schedule shown in the accepted quote. Marketplace projects follow the accepted marketplace proposal and payment process. Fees for completed work are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in the written agreement.

Delivery and corrections

Delivery includes the result, reports, manifests, checks, and corrections described in the agreement. Corrections needed to meet the agreed result remain part of that work. New files, rules, outputs, features, or source material may require additional pricing.

Third-party services

Projects may refer to software platforms, import targets, hosting companies, payment providers, APIs, marketplaces, or other third parties. StackOpsOne is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account decisions, or service limitations.

Acceptable use

Services may not be used for unlawful access, fraud, harassment, harmful software, rights violations, or work that would breach another service’s rules or applicable law.

Limitations

Work is performed with reasonable care against the agreed result, but no file, data set, code package, utility, document, report, integration target, or third-party service can be promised to remain error-free or available indefinitely. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

Changes

These terms may be updated for future work. The terms and written agreement accepted for an existing project continue to govern that project.
