Privacy Policy

Last updated September 4, 2026.

Information collected

StackOpsOne receives information you choose to send by email, through an agreed project channel, or through a marketplace. This may include your name, email address, project description, supplied files, spreadsheets, templates, repository copies or links, logs, error details, public webpage URLs, billing records, and communication history.

Site operation

StackOpsOne is a simple static site. It does not use an intrusive third-party analytics banner or require tracking consent to browse the site.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate requests, prepare quotes, complete and support agreed work, run relevant checks, process payments, maintain records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Project material

Only material reasonably needed for the agreed work should be shared. Safe copies are preferred. Project material is not sold and is not used to advertise unrelated services.

Public webpages and repositories

Some projects may use a small set of public webpages for research or a public GitHub repository as source material. These sources are read without account login or access-control bypass and may be copied into a safe working package so the work can be checked and reproduced. Structured public-web extraction is limited to one agreed page and its named fields. StackOpsOne does not treat public access as permission to change, publish to, or administer the source system.

Payments

Direct payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Marketplace payments are processed by the relevant marketplace. Their privacy terms apply to information handled by those services.

Access details

Standard packages are completed from supplied copies or public read-only material. Do not send passwords, secret keys, full payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials in an initial message.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to deliver the project, operate the business, process payment, protect rights, or meet a legal obligation.

Retention

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the project, support, accounting, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Unneeded working copies should be removed when practical.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Share only what is necessary.

Changes

This policy may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The current date appears at the top of this page.
